Visa Check Card

Use your KCPCU Debit card anywhere Visa is accepted.
Use it at the ATM machine with your PIN.
A fee is never assessed when the card is used as a "credit or signature based" transaction.
To report your card lost or stolen please call the Credit Union at 816-504-2800.

Enjoy 24 hour access to your account!
KCPCU ATMs are located at Credit Union branch locations, KCPD Headquarters, all KCPD Patrol Divisions, as well as at the Blue Springs Police Headquarters.
Transactions at KCPCU ATMs are always FREE for members!
Your first six transactions per month are free of any charges from the credit union at non-Credit Union owned ATM machines
KCPCU ATM cards can be used at any ATM machine that bears the CO-OP logo.
Deposits are accepted at the North, South and Center Patrol station ATMs, as well as the Northland KCPCU branch ATM.

"PAT" Personal Audio Teller

With PAT, your account information is only a phone call away. You can check your balance or recent account activity, transfer funds or even reconcile your checkbook! From the convenience of your home or office, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. PAT is your personal audio teller.

How to use PAT

Sign up for PAT at the credit union.
Call PAT at (816)504-2820 or call the main CU number (816) 504-2800 and press 1 to access PAT.
Have your member number and PIN ready.
Your PAT PIN is selected by you and only you. Know your number. If you do not know your PIN please call to verify, or establish a new PIN. Your PAT PIN will only work for PAT services and is not the same number as your ATM PIN.
At the main greeting message, enter your member number followed by # (pound sign)
Punch in your PIN, followed by #.
Press 0 then # to hear a menu of options.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Safe Deposit Boxes are a great way to safeguard your valuables or important papers. Boxes are available at both the Main Branch and the Northland Branch and come in a variety of sizes, from 3" by 5" up to 10" by 10".

Our safe deposit boxes are housed in environmentally-controlled, reinforced concrete vaults and are safe-guarded by state-of-the-art security systems.

Annual cost for a safe deposit box varies according to the size of the box as follows:

3 x 5 - $15
3 x 10 - $40
5 x 10 - $60
10 x 10 - $80
